Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your browser when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and help site owners understand how their site is being used.
What cookies we use
This site uses preference cookies and analytics cookies. Class pages also include an optional Google Maps embed — Google may set additional cookies if you choose to load it, as described below.
Preference cookies
These cookies remember choices you have made on the site. They do not collect any personal information.
cc_cookie— stores your cookie consent preferences, so we do not ask you every time you visit. This cookie is only created if you interact with the cookie banner (accepting or declining). It expires after 6 months.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and how long people spend on them. This information is used to improve the site over time.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) for this purpose. These cookies are only set if you choose to accept analytics cookies. If you decline, none of the following cookies will be placed on your device.
_ga— identifies unique visitors so we can see how many people visit the site. Expires after 2 years._ga_<container-id>— stores session state data, such as how long a visit lasts and which pages are viewed in a single session. Expires after 2 years.
These cookies are first-party cookies, meaning they are set by this website directly, not by a third party. The data they collect is anonymised and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you personally.
For more information on how Google handles this data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Embedded content (Google Maps)
Class pages include an optional Google Maps embed. The map does not load by default — no request is made to Google until you click “Show map”. If you do click it, your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google may set cookies associated with its services on your device.
These cookies are set by google.com, not by this site, and are governed by Google’s cookie policy. Because they are only created in response to your deliberate choice to load the map, they do not appear in our cookie banner.
Managing your cookie preferences
When you first visit this site, you will be asked whether you accept analytics cookies. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Bear in mind that blocking or deleting cc_cookie means your preferences will not be saved between visits.
