Whole body Pilates for lifelong wellbeing

Small group Pilates and yoga in Tickhill, helping you move with strength, balance, and confidence.

Find your class

Small group classes where you're supported to move with awareness, confidence, and care. We focus on progress, not perfection, building steady change so you leave each class moving more easily in everyday life.

A different experience

Start where you are

No judgement on where you're starting from. Just a calm, structured place to begin, with a teacher who'll meet you exactly where you are and help you build from there.

Your body, your pace

Classes are anatomy-informed and carefully paced, so you're always working with your body, not against it. What that looks like will be different for everyone, and that's the point.

Made for you

Six to eight people per session, creating space for individual guidance, thoughtful cueing, and the kind of progress that comes from years of experience in anatomy and movement.

Find your class

Movement should feel supportive and empowering, not intimidating.

I'm Helen, and I've been teaching Pilates for over 25 years, and recently brought that experience to Tickhill, Doncaster. My approach is calm, anatomy informed, and personal, I work with you as an individual, not just a class. Small groups mean I know where you're starting from and how to help you progress at a pace that's right for you.

”I came back to Pilates after a long break and was nervous about getting it wrong. Helen makes you feel like there's no such thing. I now move better than I have in years.”
