Prize Draw: Win a Private Pilates Experience for Two
1. Promoter
This prize draw is promoted by The Movement Retreat, operated by Helen Wragg, Tickhill, Doncaster.
2. The Prize
One winner will receive a Private Pilates Experience for Two — a shared 1:2 Duet Pilates session at The Movement Retreat studio in Tickhill for the winner and one guest of their choice. The session will be delivered by Helen Wragg using the full range of Pilates equipment.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who join the Studio Priority Waitlist on or before the closing date. Employees of The Movement Retreat and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Complete and submit the Studio Waitlist form at themovementretreat.com/studio-waitlist and tick the competition entry checkbox. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Closing Date
The draw will close on a date to be announced. All eligible entries received before the closing date will be included in the draw.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided on entry within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Claiming the Prize
The prize session must be booked and redeemed within 12 months of the studio opening date. Appointment times are subject to availability and must be agreed with the Promoter. Prior to attending the session, the winner and their guest will be required to complete a Health Registration Form. This ensures the session is safe and appropriate for both participants. The form will be provided by the Promoter at the time of booking.
9. Data and Privacy
Personal information collected via the waitlist form will be used to administer the prize draw and to send waitlist communications from The Movement Retreat. By entering, participants agree to their data being handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
10. General
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
